Gustavo Godoy is 31 years old, he was born in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. He starts his carrer at age 13 with a tiny music company, and at his 16 years old he begins to work in different town discos.
He plays from Deep House, House, Tech House & Electro. He has played in several discos including:Club Pacha(bs as), Mint(bs as), Buenos Aires News(bs as),Midland(bs as), La Cigale(bs as), Club Pacha(Bariloche), Grisu(bariloche), Cerebro(Bariloche), Plan V(misiones), Brahma(shoping villa mora Paraguay), Picaboo (Cordoba), Omero (Mendoza), Nemo (Tarter - Andorra), Vintage Club by Arthur’s (Tarter - Andorra), Alegria Bar (Ibiza - España), Noctambula (Ibiza - España), Loop (Ibiza - España), Sin (Ibiza - España).
Compartió cabina con djs como: Hernán Cattaneo, Diego Ro-K, Diego Cid, Carla Tintore, Cristóbal Paz, Facu Carri, Spitfire, Javier Zuker, Carlos Alfonsin, Dj Paul, Martín García, Oscar Lann, Luis Calegari, Roken (G.Cerati-L.Fresco-F.Echeto), Tommy Jacobs, DJ Mina, Big Fabio, others.
In march of 2004 Gustavo was selected as one of the nine finalist at Dj Contest THIRST, contest organized by Heineken with Dj Tiesto in different parts of the world , this event gave him the chance to play in the main floor of Mint ( Bs As ) with other nine Djs.
In 2005 he is selected once more, and is one of the nine finalists of Heineken THIRST across all the country, but this time in precense of BT, Roger Sanchez, Groove Armada & eric Morillo.
Besides being a Dj, Gustavo is also a producer. It is now 8 years since he has been collecting machines for his Recording Studio, which is based in tuners, samples, synchronized keyboards rout MIDI.
As a musician in 1999 he is selected as one of the winners of the contest Bocanada Mix from Gustavo Cerati.
In year 2002 comes out editated Luxury grooves on vinyl format, his first EP ( Get Down ... Gustavo Godoy ... Luxuty Grooves 19 )which has 3 tracks: Get Down/Parada Cero/People in the House.
In January of 2005 he was selected to be part of the Top 20 January/05 from Dj Hernan Cattaneo, with a remix of depeche Mode ( Policy of Truth ... Depeche Mode )

Ending 2005 Gustavo was invited to be part of South American artist and mixed by Bighead which came out to sail by Music Brokers Records.
In 2006 Gustavo signs with offsiderecordings, which allows him to show his music around the world. The first track editated was "beginning", which became number 8 in the Chart of Jhon Acuaviva in www.beatport.com . En marzo de 2004 Gustavo fue elegido como uno de los 9 finalistas de el DJ Contest THIRST, concurso organizado por Heineken junto a DJ Tiesto en diferentes capitales del mundo , este evento le dió la oportunidad de tocar en el main floor de Mint (bs as) junto a nueve dj s.
Y en el 2005 es nuevamente seleccionado entre los nueve finalistas del Heineken THIRST en todo el país pero esta vez con la presencia de BT, Roger Sanchez, Groove Armada y Eric Morillo.
Gustavo Además de tocar como dj es productor. Hace 8 años que colecciona maquinas para su estudio de grabaciones, el cual se basa en sintetizadores/samplers/teclados sincronisados via MIDI.
Como músico en 1999 es elegido como uno de los ganadores del concurso Bocanada mix de Gustavo Cerati.
En el año 2001 sale editado el cd Bailen de Buenosaliens.com con el track numero 2 de su autoría (Dance 2 The House .. Gustavo Godoy).
En el 2002 sale editado bajo el sello discográfico Luxury Grooves en formato de vinilo su primer EP (Get Down .. Gustavo Godoy .. Luxuty Grooves 19) el cual tiene 3 temas Get down/Parada cero y People In The House.
En enero de 2005 fue elegido para formar parte de el Top 20 enero/05 del DJ Hernán Cattaneo (numero 6 en el mundo según la revista MixMag) con un remix de la legendaria banda Depeche Mode (Policy Of Truth .. Depeche Mode) http://www.hernancattaneo.com/charts.php?id=556
A fines del 2005 fue invitado para formar parte del cd SouthAmerican Session vol 1, con artistas sudamericanos y mezclado por Bighead que salió a la vente bajo el sello Music Brokers .
A partir de 2006 Gustavo firma con la discográfica digital Offsiderecordings, la cual esta permitiendo mostrar su música por todo el mundo.
El primer track editado fue beginning, el cual ingreso como numero 8 en el chart de Jhon Acuaviva en www.beatport.com .
