Guthrie Trapp is one of Nashville's most versatile and in demand musicians. Playing electric/acoustic guitars and mandolin with amazing taste and feel from a young age has landed him on stage and in the studio with artists such as Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Alison Krauss, John Oates, Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, Trisha Yearwood, Taylor Hicks, George Jones, Tanya Tucker, Earl Scruggs, Lorrie Morgan, Carl Jackson, Emory Gordie Jr., Tim O'Brien, Maura O'Connell, Tony Rice, Cowboy Jack Clement, Jesse Winchester, Lloyd Green, Albert Lee, and The Don Kelley Band just to name a few. Guthrie is currently touring with the Guthrie Trapp Trio and the Jerry Douglas Band as well as doing record sessions and live gigs in Nashville.
