GUTS 'N' GLORY got started in 2003! After "Souls on Fire" (another german Punkrock/Streetpunk Band) broke up, Holm and Frank decided to carry on with a new band. They got in mind to combine the sound of the old english Punk and Oi! Bands like Cockney Rejects or Sham 69 with a touch of Bands like Bonecrusher or U.S. Bombs. Tomek, Pedder and Woermi joined the band shortly after. Due to the fact almost everybody in the band is also involved in other bands, it took some time to get ahead. At the End of 2004 they released a first Demo, which only got great reviews all over.
At the end of 2005 they got in touch with Halb7 Records who teamed up with Vinyl Junkies Records and released Guts 'n' Glory's debut "Destination Nowhere" in june 2006. The record just got awesome response which brought them a lot of shows with bands like Bonecrusher, Loikaemie, Deadline, Discipline, Evil Conduct, Exploited... In november 2007 Pedder left the band! Frank switched from bass to the Mic and Timm from TESTOSTERON stepped in for the four strings. Pushed through the new situation, they started workin' on new songs...and here we are! "HERE TO STAY" the new record will see the light of day on september 26th!
