GUTTED MIND is a young extreme band from Kaluga (Russia) that was formed in the middle of 2008. Since it was started, the
band had walked a long way till its membership and own style finally formed. These guys use to mix in their music totally different genres and
directions, from the classic TX-slamming riffs to the new school hardcore traits with many gutturals & angry voices. For the current moment,
band has done a record session for long-awaited debut 6-song EP "Brave new world", that is expected to appear in summer 2009 under
protection of GIGAWATT MUSIC.
The basic principles in GUTTED MIND's lyrics is a searching the truth and the straight answers on inconvenient questions. The real society problems and mass peonage in new global Age illustrated
through parallels and associations with anti-utopia classical novels (from Evgenie
Zamyatin's ''We'' to George Orwell's ''1984''). Some of these works described not the invented world, but objective current reality. For
example, Aldous Huxley and his bestseller "Brave new world". Please look at his straight monologue (in 1962 A.D., shortly before
his death) about scientific dictatorship in current & future new world Order from new documental picture "EndGame".
£leTriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check £leTriKa out!
