BIOGRAPHY: From gutter to glory? Gutter Stars begun their trip down the glory road at the beginning of the year 2006 in Helsinki when the two founding members (Dani & Wuffe) found Jekku..s ad in the net. Jekku came to the first meeting armed with his drumsticks and a bottle of jägermeister. One thing led to another and we came out of it with a band and a bad hangover! Now all we needed was a bass player, a vocalist and a couple of beers to take the edge off. Rofa was found by an accident when Jekku phoned a wrong number. Know the saying "it takes a maniac to know one"? It seems to work on alcoholics too... Rofa joined the band soon after and we were off to find a whiskey sounding vocalist. After trying out several singers we lost all hope of ever finding one that would fit in the band until.. we came across Fasu! His original sound and punk attitude was just what we were looking for. Once the band was kickstarted, what next...? The same thing we do every night, try to take over the world.
