Books
Not many books, I'm into reading biographys of bands or musicians, it fascinates me what fuels them on. Top reads are, "All the Rage" - Ian Mclagan, "Happy Boys Happy" - Uli Twelker, "Moon" - Tony Fletcher, "Soulsville U.S.A." - Rob Bowman, "Soul Stylists" - Paul Weller & Paolo Hewitt. I like the Bond Books. I collect old Rave Magazines and music periodicals. Mostly I read magazines such as, Mojo, Uncut, Q, Scootering, Scoot Quarterly.
Heroes
Steve Marriott, John Lennon, Pete Townsend, Paul Weller, Johnny Marr, Noel Gallagher.
I spent my teens in the 80's going to Mod Events, Mod Rallies etc.. I was the lead guitarist in a 1980's Mod band The Threads back in the UK. I'm now involved in the US Scooter Scene, I still play guitar and have my own little project called "Penny for the Guy'.
I collect Vinyl Records, I'm a clothes whore, I spend 2 days thinking about what outfit I'm going to wear for the Saturday night, if its a scooter rally I'll be planning my wardrobe two weeks in advance. I have the shoe market cornered. I like gossip, if you've got some let me know. I like my friends alot. I have my fingers in one too many pies and thats why none of my projects get completed. I like to catch up with people I used to know and meet new people along the way.
..
Who I'd like to meet: Most people that I would like to meet are now sadly deceased. Which makes them perfect in a way. They've captured a time, made some noise and made a lot of people happy. Thank you for doing that.
