About me:
I'm a Ph.D. student at CU Boulder at the moment. In a former life I was a software developer while going to Indiana University Southeast. Finished up there with a double major in CS and Math, and decided to "Go West, young man!". I maintain a blog at http://tyrdrop.net/ that I update semi-regularly, and a facebook profile at http://ius.facebook.com/profile.php?id=852945018 which I update basically never. If anyone's interested, my research interests are in numerical analysis / scientific computing and currently in the area of iterative methods applied to massively parallel systems. If there's any way I could be more boring please let me know.
