just me and my martin. I gave up smoking to buy the guitar and everyone who plays it says it plays itself. All I know is that it plays itself every day.

me in all MY wonder and on a good day with the wind behind me and no fags myself! I also think I must have been binge drinking when I wrote this. maybe it would be fairer to say dont know
Got guitar for 48th birthday and discovered if you move yer fingers around yer can make MUSIC!!! so thats what I do and sing a bit to make it interesting. I started writing my own songs about 2 years ago and it is brilliant when you do a gig and people sing along to yer tunes! I gigged in Edinburgh during the festival last August and had a great time. The people were ace. If you were there, get in touch. Played again this year and it was even better. was sharing the stage with sometop artistes I also busked and that was wicked! The crowd sang along. I love playing and I do some mean Dylan covers. If anyone knows of cheap non surgical facelifts (other than a balaclava). I would be interested to find out.
I played 0n the local radio have a listen here

Great to have seen you again on Thusrday and a lovely interpretion of the poem - I'm honoured. But wish I could play the guitar like Gibby! I'm off to KFFC's Americana gig over in North Yorkshire this afternoon. They put on some great sessions - Check 'em out. Love, Jules
As you know I do not use the language of the gutter so I will say that Dent was fuckin' marvelous; great music in the main tent, in the beer tent and in the session tent as well as around the site. The craic was brill, but beer not too good but what the hell! Yes, the sesh will be on on Thursday and hopefully with some new faces, if they remember through the mist of jollities. Take care, Princess.
Just been to visit Mr Hechle (!) told him about my birthday party. Its July 10th at the Canteen from 7.30 till unconsciousness. You are both invited, its 80's theme if ya want to dress up! Reply if you like to my mobile 07718984627. Dont come on here much anymore prefer Facebook which I am addicted to.......
Nae probs, my Princess of the Isle. You missed a pearler of a sesh - we finished off with Hotel California with the classical guys continually upping the tempo. First Dianne lost the vocals, fell apart and lost the mandolin. I was doing rythym(ish) but then they lost me. What a great sound it was though, Gypsy Kings meet the Simpsons. Shame you both missed it. We'll sort summat out before Dent, I hope. Luv, Jules
There's a lot of me on your page. Well here's another viking going walkabout. Hey, get yer arse over to Dent (well Sedburgh as it is now) at the end of the month and maybe catch up wi'thi in Bill's tent?
hey Gwen hope u are well? couple of new tunes just uploaded if you've time to stop by? rough recordings but new tunage all the same xx take care all in the back room xx
oh thats very nice of you, i am well thankyou and hope the same for you, thankyou for popping by have a lovely day in the sunshine, unless it is raining where you are - in which case wear a hat x x
No! The stand is Crissie's, cos it's got no knob on the elevation! But I've screwed a bolt there so she can raise it without masculine effort - just firm pressure with the right hand. Know what I mean?
Me again! Last night was brill and I had not lost me pole, it was there all along but the rubber cap was missing and that threw me! I've got Crissie's mike stand and a gansie, which I reckon is Crissie's. Could turn transvestite! Alsithi Jules
Oh. I'm monopolising your site. Just called by to say I do so hope you'll be O.K. tomorrow night. I've been crying my eyes out trying to play Eric Bogle's "The Band Played Waltzing Matillda". Not that it's hard but the emotion overtakes me, particularly when listening to Mike Harding's version. Ah well, as Pete Green wrote. Hope to see you regardless of Larry 'n' Jitus.
Ah! Larry 'n' Jitus. Fine Duo. Try a big dollup of honey, melted in some warm water, let it cool and add it to a bloody big glass of single malt. Does sweet F.A. for the prob but you do feel better all the same!
I've been told on numerous occasions that I look younger when I have it off (the beard!) but I'm only 18 to start with!! Well, upstairs, I am. Elsewhere?????
A stonking good night's entertainment last night. Thanks for coming along (and informing me of your secret hiding place for the lighter!). Alsithi next Saturday. Luv, Jules
