1) If you lease a beat, you do not gain exclusive rights meaning you cannot change the track in any way or distribute the track without my written consent.
2)Even though a track is leased, the exclusive rights still remain in my possession allowing me to continue to sell the beat.
3) If you use a beat without buying or leasing it from me I will file a legal complaint and will be entitled to a minimum of $500 for my time spent creating these beats.
