About Gymnastic Decomposition

Gymnastic Decomposition are a Happy Grindcore/Haikore band from Newport, South Wales and London, comprised mostly of members of Cementimental and Snork Maiden.

We make very short and noisy songs using guitars, drums, circuit-bent electronics, yelling and stufff. We played live once and those who were there there remember it.

Various releases are FINALLY coming out very soon! New ideas and technologies are being gathered for new 100% TRVE FALSE KVLT direction.
