I am a butterfly building her cocoon getting ready for the new season of flight....
I am a rabbit trying to learn how to face her fears instead of hop hop hopping away...
I am a snow angel leaving my mark when there is no no one aroung to see...
I am the great mother of all...
I am a daughter of God...
I am a songbird singing for her soul supper...
I am the earth, beating out her rhythms as I spin...
I am anger and fear and love and hate and sorrow and see'r and dreamer and fear....
I am a simple girl looking for the simple truth seeking out the eternal light as i make my way through the mundane
Being born the daughter of an opera singer, Gynna has been influenced by music from very early on and claims she has been singing since conception.
Her childhood dream to be a rockstar has morphed with wisdom from life
through studies of classical music, musical theatre, jazz, gospel, world beat, acting and the healing arts, to a more grounded realization that singing her heartsong is what's important no matter the stardom. Although she stills pursues her dream, it is a more spiritual starship she rides in. Gynna also plays a west african drum called the djimbe. When asked why she chose the drum she simply states, "I had no choice, it chose me!", though she has found fortune in the people that have chosen to encourage her rhythmical style, including several powerful drummers from West Africa and Brazil. Gynna also enjoys playing the piano and guitar. She has played in several bands. Her first as a teen ager, being the first camper based rock-n-roll band at Interlochen National Arts camp. Other groups include, Groove Train, Ivory Coast, Ajoite with Guitarist Phil Upchurch Jr, The Push,Phill Circle, Pat Hall and The Fat Guys, Micki Croissant and various other solo, celtic and folk artists. Gynna's outlook on her musicality is this; "We are all vessels with the capacity for healing energy, mine just happens to be music." There is no doubt you will be hearing more from this little drummer girl. Love Laugh and Dream!

KAZY
"Before success comes in any man's life, he is sure to be met with much temporary defeat, perhaps some failure. When defeat overtakes a man, the easiest and the most logical thing to do is to quit. Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning. It takes great delight in tripping one when success is almost within reach." - Napoleon Hill
"Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavor." - Truman Capote
