Wow! I am a huge fan of Sheffield Legends Def Leppard, I have nearly got everything they have ever released. I also love the bass aces Billy Sheehan and Jaco Pastorius, My record collection is varied from Slayer to Tony Bennett and I love Jazz Fusion, and the Shred monsters Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. I own a large collection of CDs and Music DVDs. I just love music Man! Period

Hi there my name is Darren Dodds aka ( the bassace) I am a 32 year old ginger bass guitar fool, I have been playing the bass guitar since I was 15 years old, and have studied under the tutelage of bass master Fred T Baker, gaining a 2.1 degree in music. I have played in too many bands to mention all over this crazy place we call the Earth.At present I am playing in a Rock covers band called ROCK LEGACY.My other interest outside of music are mainly trying to keep fit, the study of Martial Arts, ( I am a black belt 1st dan in Wado Ryu Karate) and to drink as much Guinness as possible.
Who I'd like to meet: I am a huge fan of Kung Fu Icon Mr Jackie Chan, so he would be first, then maybe Jesus, he sempt a cool bloke. Finally the bass god that is Jaco Pastorius, but sadly he is in the great gig in the sky!
