Sounds Like
Porcupine Tree spliced with Audioslave, but cheekier.
Hail Carta have been playing gigs in Liverpool for a just over a year, writing original material that resembles Porcupine Tree, Audioslave, Incubus and Fightstar, whilst refining their set gradually over that time to generate a more polished and tighter sound. At Christmas 2006 the band took a tour of The Alps with Gigz Management, staying for three weeks and playing 7 gigs a week. The sheer amount of live performances was invaluable to the bands showmanship and live creativity, something which is difficult to improve without a rabid fanbase at every show. The band now plays together with the kind of solidness that can only be gained through constant gigging. Now Carta is ready to write a more mature and experimental set of songs, to be performed with extra bells and whistles at the Third Degree Music Festival in May, and with more flair and panache than previously seen in 2005.
We have pin badges and massive photos. If you want one just email, I'm sure we can come to some sort of arrangement..
Oh...I feel a bit lame putting two comments in a row, but it must be done. Thought you were fab, banners and all, on Wednesday. Keep up the great work, and record an album...so I can buy it.
Just thought we'd let everyone know that as of Monday 19th March all our studio prices will be increasing slightly. BUT any band / artist who contacts us before the 19th March to book time for whenever in our studio, will get it at £25 per track still!
So if you want to record your band to high quality for less than the price of a night out give us a shout asap and we'll book you in for some time.
We give you 7.5 hours of recording time for £25 per track!

What a delightful audio experience. It made me want to dance in the manner of German 14th century knight, dressed in full armour, having a vodka fulled night out at the Krazyhouse. Good work.
I look forward to the joyful event of seeing the music of Hail Carta presented in a live format. I especially look forward to seeing that incandescent drummer boy of yours. He's a one. x
