Shortly after defeating the Arch Druid in battle, Mogh Ruith, weakened from his endeavor, sought solitude in a glade far beyond the reach of common men. There he silently meditated, channeling healing energy from a sigil engraved in a towering menhir that stood in the centre of the glade. After weeks, the magick properties of the sigil had been exhausted, but Mogh Ruith's power was returned!
As time flowed on, the menhir was slowly covered by root and leaf, all the while absorbing their natural properties and regaining its powers of old. For centuries, no man or woman came close to uncovering the secrets that lay in Mogh Ruith's ancient glade, until one day a group of travelers delved deeper than any man before them. Upon finding the glade, these travelers could sense powers that dwelled within the menhir and approached with an eager caution. As they drew close, the dull glow of the sigil became a deep blood red. Ancient magicks and knowledge flowed through the traveler's veins and at once they knew: THE SIGIL OF MOGH RUITH HAD BEEN AWOKEN!
