Hi! My name is Chivahn, and I'm currently doing hair at Bridge Blond Salon at 2373 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle. I've been doing hair professionally (as in, out of beauty school) since August '06, but have been practicing hairstyling at home on friends since I was about 11. I take pride in all the work that I do, and am constantly taking classes to better my skills and to stay current in trends.

I attended the Gene Juarez Academy from August 05-06, graduating as Featured Student Artist AND Student of the Month. I have since had additional training in-salon, as well as with Schwartzkopf, and training at BbU in New York and Hair Police in Minneapolis.

If I had to pick my favorite thing to do, I would probably have to say colour. It has always fascinated me, and I have done every type of color you could possibly think of on myself and on friends. Freelance Work

I am generally available 7 days a week to do event hair, photoshoot hair, etc. This must be planned well in advance, and if it is outside of the Seattle City Limits, transportation must be provided. My rates are very reasonable, and if the project is right, I may even be willing to work TFCD.

So... i really want to dread my hair. Id rather go the backcombing method though, versus a dread perm. I dont know if theres a way we could work out payment for you to help me do this, or if its even something you would be willing to do? I just dont want chemically-made dreads, i want them to be "natural"... So, if this is something you are interested in helping me with, let me know what the price would be, and I'll start saving my money! Id trust you to do it more then anyone else really, just because you are so great with hair... Pleasssssseeeeeee help my hair dread! Name a price, really. Im kinda dirt poor, but can work it out if youre willing. :o)
