Movies
..Best movie I've watched lately was "Stardust". Finally got around to seeing "The Devil Wears Prada" and was pleasantly surprised. I recently rented "Ocean's 13", started watching it, then realized I'd already viewed it while on a business trip a few months ago.
Television
..I never miss Lost, House, Heroes, Bones, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Scrubs. I love The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.

Shows that are no longer in production that I love include The Gilmore Girls, Angel, Buffy and Firefly.

Favorite internet-based program is The Guild.
Books
..This should be "Authors". I'd say anything by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Laurell K. Hamilton, Robert Jordan, Diana Gabaldon...

The last book I finished was J.R. Ward's "Lover Awakened", and I really want to read Linnea Sinclair's "Gabriel's Ghost" (winner of the Paranormal Rita this year) because I loved her "Accidental Goddess".

Did I write. Yes. A little. Small steps.

At Windy City last week, Deb made a comment about trying to write 100 words a day for 100 days. When you think about it, 100 words is nothing. I can write an email with more than 100 words. When I'm done with this post, it'll be probably about 100 words.

So, now, writing at least 100 words a day is my goal. Knowing that once I get started, I'll certainly surpass that.
Right?

So did I write last night? Yes. At least 100 words. Barely. But it's a start. And I'll sit down and write at least another 100 words tonight.

I was so sick. I still am a little sick. I had no voice that entire day and I couldn't stop coughing. I had a presentation for my Bus Comm class on Monday that was worth 1/3 of my grade and I just had to rest up for that thing and get my voice back. It worked, but I was so friggin disappointed that I couldn't go.
Doesn't mean we can't meet up one day though! I'm through with classes in 3 weeks and I'll need a mental break from it so I'm up for about anything!
