I love hiking out to remote rock art sites in Latin America (prehistoric cave paintings and engravings in Brazil, Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc). I also love a good concert and a great laugh. I love voting!

I'm an art historian at the University of Central Arkansas with some of the best students a professor could ask for. While Virginia will always be my home, I love it here in central Arkansas, snugly between the Mississippi delta and the foothills of the Ozark Plateau and Ouachita Mountains. Little Rock is a great little city--hip, funky, southern, quirky, with an adequate balance of country and cosmopolitania.
I haven't seen Stephen Bennett in a long time. He not only sold me my first real guitars and amps, but showed me how they should be played. I also haven't see the New Potato Caboose or Radio Mosaic in a long time. They are always worth the drive, no matter what gas prices are.
