About me:

Hall of Records is a social, collective environment to listen to, discover, and share both new and old vinyl records. Our collection is heavy on Rare Groove, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Breaks from the '60s and '70s--but we have a lot of new vinyl to sell as well.

We're in the process of getting our own store, but in the mean time we're throwing parties, meeting new people and selling records every chance we get. We are also now proud to announce our DJ residency along with partner-in-crime Standing 8 at the Jade Lounge in SE Portland (2342 SE Ankeny) on 1st and 3rd Thursdays. Dubbed "Gems and Giants," it's a perfect precursor to the weekend. So come on out for some deeply minded soul, funk, jazz, R&B, and world music, spun deeply and lovingly for your pleasure.

If you like vinyl and are interested in meeting some fellow crate diggers while having a beer and listening to some good tunes then come check us out!
We also open our parties up to other dealers, so there is always a good mix of music to look through.
