Vest Hem Junajted potvrđuje da njihovi advokati sastavljaju žalbu koja će biti podneta Sudu za suđenja u vezi sa sportom u Lozanu u Švajcarskoj u vezi sa sporom između fudbalskih klubova Vest Hem Junajted i Šefild Junajted.
Iako poštuje odluke FA odbora za suđenje, Vest Hem ne može da prihvati da učinak pojedinca može da baci u senku dostignuća tima kao celine i da se samo na osnovu igre pojedinca sudi o rezultatima tima u sezoni koja ima 38 utakmica.

West Ham United can confirm today that our lawyers are drafting a statement of appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland in relation to the case involving the club and Sheffield United.
