- I'm also a Christian who regards the "Christianism"* of the so-called religious right to be deeply offensive to the spirit of Christ.

Who I'd like to meet:
- Any Democratic leader willing to "go to the mat" with the cabal of duplicitous ultra-right-wing crazies currently in charge of the GOP and, unfortunately, our country.
- And I do mean "go to the mat." Trying to mollycoddle these guys in the vain hope of appealing to their non-existent "moderate" instincts is like trying to pet a porcupine bare-handed, and just as productive.
