The Hampton Veteran's Memorial Fund, Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization created in May 2008, and registered in the State of Florida, for the purpose of raising funds to place a Veteran's Memorial.
One of the Honorees for the Memorial is Alan Greg Rogers, Major U.S. Army 4th ID, a Bradford County native.
The Chair and Fund Raiser for the Hampton Veteran's Memorial Fund is Jim Mitzel.

At our October 4th "Chili Cook-Off and Poker Run" we raised over $2000, all of which has been used as a down payment for the Monument!!!
Following the Red Dog MusicFest Fund Raiser, which featured nearly 30 groups on 2 stages donating their time and talents, our balance due on the Monument is approximately $1800.00

I just learned of a story of my grandad Yulee Kirchaine being at Pearl Habor and Shipping out the day before the attacks. Just like profiled in the movie Pearl Habor Monday. If you study your grandpartents history you can see and live it on the history channel and in movies the life they must of lead, how they got hear, what must have been there motivation and so much more... SO COOL My Hampton, Kirchaine family just collected 7 more metals that my grandad received while in the Navy serving 3 Wrs Korea, Veitnam, and WWII

This Friday &Saturday, December 12th & 13th, Willie & the Po' Boys will be back down in Levy County at Willard's Lounge & Restaurant in Morriston. This is a VERY Rider Friendly spot, and they have some pretty great grub in the restaurant!!!! The hours here are also early hours...it's Levy County, ya know? We'll be Rockin' from 8 PM til Midnite both Friday and Saturday nights.

Just a reminder for ya'll that this Friday & Saturday, August 29th & 30th we will be back down in the Ocala extended area in Morriston at Willard's Lounge & Restaurant.
