that must of been an awesome awesome trip! The album is fantastic! Seeing the grandparents joy in the children takes my breath away, for I know the feelings of grand mommom. The St Francis of Assisi pic has to be the best! That is so like him! I miss you dearly! I took myself off of FB because of the people at work. I love you and kisses to all the members of my fav family.

Elegance is not the prerogative of those who have just escaped from adolescence, but of those who have already taken possession of their future.

Live without your studio? That's like living without socks on. It reminds me of staring at a blank canvas. As to what to get into next???? What a QUESTION! grins....

Ice fishing was good! Managed to get about 20 fish up onto the ice... So it was productive and there was enough for a fish-fry the next day. I caught the lions share by weight though, so I get to retain bragging rights for another year!

    "The Cheese Moon"

I've heard it said by many around,
That the moon is made of cheese they found.
It's mined by little spacemen mice,
Who sell it for a handsome price.

The cheese we eat all comes from there,
    From cheddar valleys beyond compare.
And in the rivers of Wensleydale,
The mice scoop cheese in metal pails.

If you peek up you might just see,
    The Gorgonzola heights of Ghee.
And to the left and up a bit,
On Stilton mountains mice do sit.

So next time you sit down to cheese,
Remember the mice on Parmezan seas.
Who work non stop in their spacemen hats,
Just glad that they're out of reach of cats!

I absolutely love it. I really didn't know anything about an ILC classroom going in, but I am so grateful that I had the opportunity and accepted. The smallest achievements are immeasurable. It's truly fulfilling (somewhat frustrating at times..as expected)..but exactly where I want to be.

I was working on the proof of one of my poems all the morning, and took out a comma. In the afternoon I put it back again.
