But what makes a person who they are? Is it what they do for a living, for fun, their interests? Or maybe their age, where they are from, where they went to school, their family, the kind of car they have, the amount of money in their bank account. No. What makes a person who they are is within them. It is what they believe in, what they find important. Watch someone, how they act will show you who they are. You live what you believe is truth. And that is what makes you who you are. But because you are unable to watch me, I am forced to use words. This is not a bad thing for words offer the means to meaning. And it is with meaning that we live. I am a man of ideals, meaning. The Bible is my guide for those ideals. It gives me meaning. Not only a meaning for life, but of life. My life. That great book tells me who I am, why I am here and how to do what I am here to do. It gives me hope when the world has none. Shows me a love that noone else will offer. It teaches me how to do the same for others.
