Hands Of The Few, based out of Ontario, Canada, is a band with a drive to constantly produce something new yet familiar. Music that is energetically trashy and raw, yet at the same time is strikingly melodic and technical. The band strives with various musical influences that have caught the attention of all members.
With a formation dating back to 2002, a bunch of high school shits started a band named Hands of the Few. Simple, yet home to several meanings subject to the opinion of the audience. We soon recorded our first EP and quickly gained a strong local following. We quickly felt the need to develop and expand our musical capabilities.
Over the following years, Hands Of The Few has thrived in the local scene, playing countless shows in Ottawa and surrounding towns. We have shared the stage with acts such as: The Unseen, A Global Threat, This Is A Standoff, I Hate Sally, Subsistance, Krum Bums, SNFU, No Other Way and Wednesday Night Heroes to name a few.
Hands Of The Few have now released our first ever self-titled, full-length album on June 12, 2009. We are looking forward to advancing in the music scene, and providing a genuine sound and message for all those open to it. Look for us as we tour in the following year and continue to build our musical force for the world to hear!
