Thank you Jesper for giving me the opportunity to cover one of your songs. I hope you feel my version, “and the new lyrics of Rain” is at least half as good as yours!
These songs are special to me because they show in a very naked and honest way my voice and my song writing. I strongly believe that a good song will always be a good song no matter what the arrangement is. You can call me old fashioned, which is probably about right, but I think there are still people out there that appreciates strong melody lines around a good chord progression, rather than just a good beat.
Sure I like variations around Am7 over a weird-assed-hiphop beat , with moaning german 18 year old girls screaming “shake that booty” as much as anybody else but after a while that can get quite boring.
Seize the day is not only the first song I have ever written it is also a way of life, even if it is somewhat of a cliché. I know that trying to break in the music industry is like trying to squeeze a hamster through a garden hose, but I believe if you really want something in life you have to try to go and get it. You make your own luck through hard work and a strong self belief. AND of course it helps a lot if you know the right people and/or have big boobs…SHIT that’s going to be a problem!!

Tja. Schysst sång! Låtarna är inte riktigt min stil, men det du sjöng in med Walinor är jävligt bra! Den "skivan" åker fram med jämna mellanrum. Du sjunger "Child of the pouring rain" riktigt bra!
