Hans Eberbach on most everything . Some bass tracks were provided by Nick Willow. Some live drum tracks provided by Bruce Spencer. Some programming/beats/keyboards provided by Al Vodou.
Playing It Like It's Over was written by Nathan Dale and Hans Eberbach (me!) and was recorded when I was with a band called "Looking Star". That song featured Nathan Dale on guitar, Steve King on drums and Jeremy Plog on bass guitar. Other songs featured for sale here from the Looking Star days are:

Influences
I appreciate and pull inspiration from many many genres of music except most commercial top 40 hip-hop and rap and "new" pop country. Both of the above mentioned genres are the musical equivalent of porn: Loathsome, exaggerated, forced motions meant to portray a passion that doesn't exist, used to titillate only enough to create a momentary need for a light "snack" that leaves you feeling hollow even when satiated.(satiated = to supply with anything to excess, so as to disgust or weary ). I like creative, personal, soulful music. I like melody. I like to hear lyrics that don't sound as if they were pulled from a set of magnetic dorm room refrigerator poetry kits for angst-ridden white suburban teens. I like to hear touches of whimsy in music, but I also like songs that seem to emanate from bottomless caverns of black lit emotional torment.
