About me:
New Yorker who's been in Chicago since 2003. Maybe at some point I can call myself a "Chicagoan", but not yet.
Likes travel, sports, intelligent conversations about most topics, games (cards, board, and otherwise), ethnic cuisine, and American history, among many many other things.
Currently happy, period. Sometimes it takes going through a bit of hell to discover a bit of heaven.
Always open to trying a new restaurant or going to a festival or museum a bit off the beaten path. Life's about experiencing, to me, and I'm certainly living.
Just as likely to discuss philosophy, as skip singing down the block.

Who I'd like to meet:
I'm friendly and always open to meeting others. I deal best with intelligent people who don't always take life so seriously. No phony philosophers or pseudointellectuals (dealt enough with that for a few years, thanks). Anyone who would be comfortable at a museum, baseball game, festival, or taking a random road trip just because.
