About me:
I am a retired interior designer turned cupcake artisan. Those two things may seem completely unrelated, but I learned a lot from my time as an interior designer and I use those skills quite a bit. I view my cupcakes as works of art; so scale, color, balance are all very important to me and the look of the cupcake is as important as how it tastes. And that's pretty important!
The recipe for Happiness Cupcakes was 1 part being in the right place at the right time, 1 part sharp business sense (thank you Brett), 1 part pent-up creativity waiting to explode (that's me), and about 20 parts support from friends and family. I can't wait to see what happens next!
