MISSION STATEMENT: Happy Ass Ranch, Inc. utilizes the community ethic to attain self-sufficiency. The goals of HAR, Inc. include production of renewable energy, creation of agricultural base, and the development of mineral resources and mining reclamation. HAR, Inc. embraces a low-impact approach supportive of environmental preservation.
