I know you are rather ignorant of the fact that the mayors, governors, senators, and the president are all servants whom are to give up their business pursuits and focus their efforts on serving the people. They operate at the consent of the governed (the people).
When they take office they are to be considered public property as the people are the masters. The sovereign citizens of the several states granted the national government certain powers and to the state government certain powers and whatever is not specifically mentioned is reserved to the individual respectively. The "founding fathers" all abhorred and hated democracy. Each state, under the constitution,
is supposed to be guaranteed a republican form of government and if any state is under attack the others should help. In a rebublic citizens are guaranteed the right to private ownership of property and the right to travel unimpeded on the highways and byways without duty of tonnage or toll, or tarrif. So you see, you only have to have a liscence to drive if you have gone into contract with a dmv. If you title a car you give the state claim on the vehicle and they let you be the steward. Thats how they can tell you what to do with "your vehicle". I have a friend in Atascadero who put a lien on his car against the state and won his car back. He proved coercion, collusion, and devious constructive fraud and in the end he proved his God-given right to drive on the roads without a liscence, registration, or insurance. Sure cops will occasionally pester him and he will have to give them a lesson on the constitution and ask them weren't you sworn to uphold and protect the constitution? We are to be sober and vigilant. Even the apostle Paul repeatedly corrected the equivelant of sheriffs about contradicting the law of the land and they were embarassed for mistreating a roman citizen when he would insist on being freed by the magistrate. Here in America one has the advantage of demanding a duly elected judge in good standing. If you are in jeopardy of more than a hundred bucks, for instance a fine of more that a hundred bucks, than you are entitled to a jury of your peers. From the start this was understood as your neighbors and people whom were well acquanted with you. It is so perverse how things have changed. Nowadays they want anonymity and jurors from the outer reaches of the county who have never met the accused whom is on trial. The jury is a wonderful thing and it is the fourth branch of government. If the juror decides something which appears to be law is unconstitutional he can vote 'not guilty' and effectively check the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive Branches. As a juror you are above the law and you are more powerful than the president, congressmen, and the Supreme Court Judge. Once you exhonnerate the accused that's that and he/she cannot be tried again. If ever you were accused I would inform the jure that the law is also on trial as much as I. I would also let them know they are the fourth branch of government and they are above the law.
I'll have you know I am not too involved with politics, I'm not registered to vote, and I don't intend to. However it has paid off immensely to be very familiar with the law of the land and the history behind it.
There is a popular author called Charles Colson whom advocates for George Bush elaborating about what a wonderful christian he is, also Pat Robertson urged people to vote for George Bush saying on national
television something like 'may god have mercy on your soul if you don't vote for bush'. Jerry Falwell also gave his approval of George Bush and urgered the congregation to vote for him and not question the patriot act, liberty act, and all his executive orders which basically shred the constitution and abolish freedom, liberty, and sovereignty for state citizens and make them slaves.
Chuck Colson was working with the CIA at the time JFK was assassinated. Oswald was working for the FBI who wanted to expose the CIA for smuggling opium from afganistan and smuggling cocaine from central and south america. The CIA managed to make Oswald a patsy and kill JFK in broad daylight. The secret serviceman who was driving the limo carrying JFK, his wife, and others pointed his pistol over his right shoulder and shot the president in the head and in the neck. It was like a statement to everyone. The spooks meant to say 'were here and be afraid because we aren't leaving...we're so powerful we can kill the president in broad daylight. Charles Colson was an insider and helped plan the whole thing calling agents out of Cuba and Florida to do the job in Dallas.

The ADL has managed to force legislation in Canada making it illegal to criticize homosexuality and even preachers have been convicted and sentence to a minimum of 2 years in prison and a $10,000L fine.
Now its coming here. Bills have been on the floor which would criminalize the criticizing of homosexuality calling it a hate crime because it may hurt their feelings. The bills called for hefty sentences here too. Similar bills have nearly passed including criminalizing the open criticism of abortion.
Now the genome project is being used to accomplish trangenic science. Bush adamantly pushed the bill and made sure these mad scientists could take the genes from varios animals with special talents and mix them into human dna. The want to create human with desirable traits like gigantism and mix in dna from various animals to give one special talents like telekenesis and exteme hearing and and eye like a hawk and gustatory sense like a wolf so a soldier could smell its enemy from a couple miles away. The proplem is they are also tapping into the other realms in the lab and a cloned being would likely be inhabited by a demon or many. Also, they are breaking God's Holy Law in the lab first by taking a life (a fetus) and then accomplishing bestiality in a test-tube.
I could go on and on about the wicked things THEY are doing from training police alongside foreign and u.s. troops, Using H.A.A.R.P. to alter behavior and moods and manufacture weather, to their plans to chip everybody contracting out to DigitalAngel and Verichip to put RFID michrochip in everybody and everything from livestock to goods thus keeping track of everything and everyone. THEY plan to have RFID chips in passports and DL and Identification Cards by the year 2008 and they've already begun chipping soldiers and prisoners. There are 60 million prisoners in the former U.S.A. and it won't be long until it is nearly the entire population save for a few ardent believers in freedom and liberty and sovereignty in Y'shua.

On 3/18 the film was shown to a packed house in St. Charles, IL about an hour outside of Chicago.
Before the film was presented the Chairman of the "We the People Foundation" Bob Schulz spoke for about 25 min, after the film's Director spoke, for an equal 25 min, and took questions from the audience. This is the video recording of the event.
This video starts with an opening montage using still images and KMFDM's song "New American Century" followed by a few words from the founder of the "Lone Lantern Society", Gary Franchi. It then opens with a short introduction speech then Bob Shulz speaks for 20 or so min. My Name is Daryl Owen, I'm nine and a score years old and I've been more or less homeless since I was 18. I haven't lived more than a couple months in one place in more than ten years. For a long time it suited my lifestyle traveling and constantly on the road getting around north america. I can brag of seeing more than forty states and most major cities in this country and lots of wilderness. I've enjoyed hiking the appalachian trail, portaging from lake to lake around Algonquin Provincial Park in Northern Ontario, Skiing and Snowboarding in Virginia, Horseback Riding in Competition, White-water rafting the New-River Gorge. I've gone from coast to coast many times by plane and by train but most amazing has been hitch-hiking. I once made better time than bus or train Albemarle County, Virginia to Riverside, Ca. in less than four days. I've meandered around the desert penniless and content and frequented posh resorts in florida's Gulf Coast towns of Sarasota and Naples.

I found the cenral coast while hitch-hiking to Ukiah from Mt. Idlewilde in summer of 2002. I found it so inviting and folks were so friendly I returned by train the next year after initially hanging around several weeks working on a ranch.
I was impressed with how many homeless there were in SLO per capita and how they seemed to fair well. Many people camped out in tents along the creeks and in the woods on the mountainsides, in caves, and in openspaces. I've spent more than six years in on and off as a pilgrim for its fair weather and to spend time with friends I've accumulated here and suffering reproach for the real gospel.
My friend Bill King died where we camped off hwy 101 at L.O.V.R. and it was ruled a death by fire/smoke inhalation by the coroner's office though the autopsy revealed he had a eighteen-inch deep wound with burnt maggots and it was never revealed to the public rather the facts where obscured in obvious bias toward him regarding him unworthy of a real investigation being homeless. He was homeless by choice choosing to suffer reproach for Christ instead of slaving away for a cardboard box with plumbing.
Despised by those with a stigma toward folks like us who have forsaken Babylon and don't want part in her sins. Not voting for tyrants and despots, nor offering tithes to them on the first day of the week.
A Reject.
I was disgusted with American greed, the capitolist fraud, socialism, fascism disquised as democracy being traded for a Republic imposed on a people supposedly ensured the freedom to be servant to the Great Rabbi and Shepherd who himself is Governor and Ruler.
I set out 13 months ago for Costa Rica in my rat rod and '79 buick regal which I had been using as a billboard for my effusive discontent advertising the documentary film, America: Freedom to Fascism. In La Paz I fell asleep at the wheel and went over the guard-rail sailing off somewhat of a cliff. I was found sixty feet from the car the next day after the accident and was taken to the hospital. I had shatterd a couple vertebrae leaving me paralyzed, broken several ribs and suffering a collapsed lung. Also among my injuries was a mexican splenectomy and a badly injured shoulder.
After a week my dear dad, Dennis, convince the AirForce to medivac me to San Jose's Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. In a C-130 and just in time to avoid a large Hurricane which hit Cabo as I was flying over the border still in a coma.
When I awoke they informed me I was paralyzed and they offered to do a surgery which they told me could possibly allow me to walk again.
I spent three months in SCVMC in their Physical Therapy program and left with a decubitus ulcer, a gnarly bed-sore which had prevented me from spending time in my wheel-chair and swimming which I've wanted to do so much.
Welcomed to the abode of a friend of a friend I lived under the roof with nine other people in a chaotic season of turmoil and grief as I struggled to a bathroom which was not wheel-chair accessible and needed help in the door because their was no ramp whatever.
After a few months struggling to the doctor's offices and neglected of in-home support the house on Arcade Rd. in Atascadero burned down. ..
After that horrific event which didn't bother some of the other tenants or inconvenience them much I was put up in hotels for a while by the Red Cross, however, unable to find a place for rent even after calling hundreds of numbers from the papers and craigslist I had to pay thousands for hotels and such was the case until very recently when a few weeks ago shortly after Thankgiving Day when my dear dad, Dennis, passed away - the Chorro Ranch in Morro Bay let me stay in an Airstream Trailer out back until I can find some help.
I have been to every E.R. in the county many times over including A.G. hospital which offers an inpatient physical therapy program, trying desparately to be admitted to no avail and left curling up in the bushes in agony. Indeed I was camped out at the campground in M.B.S.P. when Greg w/ West Coast Housing came out to see me. He says he couldn't just leave me there.
This compassion is appreciated and it is very rare. Most people are indifferent to seeing a guy in a wheelchair in such a state of plight, in such excruciating pain I couldn't think strait, exhausted and without anywhere to go. My many petitions to EOC and TRS were fruitless and coming off all my meds caused me to suffer mentally and I ended up in jail. After several days in a padded single cell suffering intense pain without any medications save for a single anti-psychotic pill offered to me, urinating and deficating all over myself without anything for warm or comfort, naked save for a wet and soiled restraint device in the freezing cold I thought I would die. I became so delusional and psychotic coming down off of so many prescribed drugs all of which I was denied while in jail and some I had been suffering without unable to obtain transportation to see a doctor and in E.R.s just repeatedly discharged and told to 'follow up with a pcp'
After that short trip to jail in late august I spent 10 days in the hospital in Santa Maria on I.V. antibiotics and dilaudid as well as fentonil and oxycontin.
Then I checked out ten days early on my birthday, 9-18-07 to visit with my dad who left his hospice service in North Carolina to come see me and try to get me a place with the help of my Aunt Faye and they too failed. He said to me, "No wonder you can't get anything done, Daryl - Everybody liesto you!"
Its true, everybody was giving me the runaround and seemed to be pawns and a vast scheme to see me die on the streets of SLO. Even once I had success being fascilitated at PUF, psychiatric facility at Santa Barbara I was discharched after staying only one day on a 72/hr temp. detention order and transported to French hospital in SLO where I wanted treatment but was discharged promptly presumably because Medical is not sufficient.
Left to sort all this out with a serious head injury, physicall debilitated by a serious spinal cord injury I tried to go to the Shelter and many times was denied. I went to Twin Cities hospital early October and even tried to be admitted to Atascadero State Hospital or any Phychiatric Facility insisting I can't go on in all this pain without any relief expected to fend for myself without any resources. But they reasoned saying he's a nice guy and insisted nobody would accept me and they dropped me off infront of a closed food-bank in Paso Robles. I talked with many people there who would not help me either. Finally some community organization put me up at a motel six where I begged the eoc to take me to an urgent care or CHC,
but finally could only get a ride again to Twin Cities Hospital where I was shot up with imitrex to treat my migraine headache but was refused any other medicines. Albeit the Doctor George Hansen offered me Tylenol for pain which I'm allergic to and eventually I snapped and yelled out in anger, "I could tear your throat out, but I'm not gonna!"
Something intended to convey my frustration and grief which I regretted saying immediately.
Dr. Brian Hansen promply had me arrested and charged with Felony Terrorist Threatening.
My Bail was originally set at $30,000
and later revoked altogether. I spent 39 days in jail without narcotic which I have tended to require. I layed hibernating to avoid pain wasting away laying on a thin mat inflicted will cruel psychological torture relentless radio and constant brilliant flourescent light.
I was unable to call anybody on the phone and my poor dad, Dennis, died of a short battle with cancer while I was in jail for yelling at a doctor whom I was angry with for good reason and I lacked the good sense or ability to deal properly with the situation having been neglected by him before at Sierra Vista.
In mid july my landlord threw all my things away because the residential elevator in the condo on E. Jones in Santa Maria was broken and she said she was affraid of being sued. Medical Supplies, Medicines, Records, mobility devices all went into the garbage and my friend helped fish out thousands of dollars worth of stuff.
I know about suffering up and down the hills of slo peeing all over myself, beckoning for help without any relief.
Something must be done so this stops happening to folks in my situation.
I gladly worked and gladly gave to everyone I could help when I had my feet under me. I would always pick up hitch-hikers, offer food and clothes, and give money to those who asked to borrow or that I give them for their need.
I'm appalled at how people can close their hearts to me just because I don't have an adress anymore. Apparently having medicare, medical and a stipend of 969/mo. can't get me one anyway.
I know Y'shua HaMesshiach loves us all perfectly and he has been with me through this all. He has borne my burden, my sorrows, and grief. He and all the apostles were homeless too - living in tents and camped out under trees in the wilderness.
Its not so bad until one becomes seriously injures like this. However still unable so far to hook up with physical therapy, and unable to fill my prescription for a wheelchair I've started to walk using a walker and crutches I bought at a thrift store. And by the grace of the good Lord I know I'll be alright.
Please pray for the very many others who are in my situation. I've had the pleasure to talk with some of those poor souls most are too busy shopping to stop and inquire.
I'm not perfect yet.
I couldn't endure the hypocrisy of Catholic Health West and I couldn't bear seeing my dad not do more to take care of himself and instead of loving on him at the end of his life I treated him rotten. I've got to grow up, considering love paramount over all the cares of this life. I can't trust at all in a doctor nor should I fear mere men like these who lack natural affection and routinely turn the needy away.
I'm still not buying the humanist doctrine, these evolution psycophants push all day and I'm hoping on more than this vain world has to offer.
I don't know why you would print this, certainly not to bolster civic pride, or to esteem my view as profound but count my 'say so' as worthy of mention since I have been breathing the same air and gosh I had to forgive that doctor before the day was through. Atleast I quit smoking. Thirty grand a year in pot I would have been smoking.
I would have taken it to trial but I had to get out so I copped a plea 'no contest' and now they're telling me they're gonna impinge on my G-d-given right to hunt with a rifle or shotgun.
That's the mundane mentality for which I tried to escape this country some 14 months ago.

I hate the verichip, the corporate mentality, the bilderbergs, pnac, cfr, and the secret services. I hate the state trying to play mama or baby-sitter. I hate ignorance and do what I can to remedy it. I like real money like gold and silver (midas resources, e-gold, 3p gold, and the Liberty Dollar www.norfed.org) but I hate debit cards and i.d. and warrantless searches, I hate public education and other methods of brainwashing. I hate poison like flouride and prozac also asbestos and arsenic. I hate people letting their God-given rights be impinged apon and being apathetic and too busy slaving away for paper to do anything about the tyranny, corruption, and constant relentless lies which afflict us all each day. I like the declaration of independence, the constitution, and the bill of rights. I hate the presidential orders since abe lincoln. I hate slavery in all its many forms and I also hate George Bush the skull and bonesman and bohemian grove member who is the biggest slave-driver I know of.
I'm a firm believer in gun-control...I hold it firmly with both hands and hold it steady...aim and pull the trigger slowly and smoothly, Don't just walk around with the hammer back, and if some jack-ass tries to harass you for walking down the road with your, rifle, long-barreled shotgun, or musket or whatever and he asks you if you have a permit to carry a firearm or some crap like that...you may have to refresh his/her memory about the constitution and if they persist then but them under citizen's arrest.
