About me: Happy Puppy Park, established in 1998, in Vancouver Washington, is the first Dog Daycare in the U.S. in a residential area. The concept was to put a facility where it was convienent for people to use without driving out of the way to take care of their pet for the day. After 8 years of public hearings, text amendments, code changes, all kinds of permits, the city of Vancouver finally granted permission for me to use my own property. After almost 10 years, we have had 100% on all our inspections, never had a complaint lodged against us, and have the best crew of dogs and clients one could hope for.
