About me:
Harbl’s is an independent coffee shop at 140 Friargate, Preston. We're open til 11pm Monday-Saturday, with a large selection of specialist drinks, like our Wispa Latte, London Fog, Mocha Java and Gingerbread Cappuccino.
We display local artists' work on our walls, so drop in with your portfolio if you need somewhere to display your canvases, photography or sculpture.
Free wi-fi is available if you'd like to use your laptop, or we have computers upstairs.
