About me: HARC was formed on July 17, 1998 by the merger of the Houston Rugby Football Club and the Houston Old Boys Rugby Football Club. These clubs joined to leverage their strengths and promote rugby in the Houston area.
HARC is a member of the Texas Rugby Union, the Western Rugby Football Union, and USA Rugby. The club fields men's, women's, and U-19 teams during the XVs season (Fall-Spring) and competitive and social 7s teams during the Summer.
