Hard ACT to Follow is a project to produce a compilation CD of live tracks of the ACT’s finest rock, punk, metal and hardcore bands.
The goal of producing the CD is to help encourage and promote the ACT's thriving, but underground harder music scene, and to foster a good community spirit within the scene.
Who I'd like to meet:
All the good ACT bands producing quality music of the more rocking or harder variety, be it rock, punk, metal, hardcore, or some variation of those.
We used to be called "Mumrik" that was looking for a singer and now we finally found a singer and the band name became STM since we are working together at a distance of 6000miles from Leeds, UK to Kyoto, Japan. We have uploaded 3 songs now. Check out how it works.
Following the success ofCapital Alternative, comes Round 2! It see’s four of our finest bands join the stage with our guests from Goulburn, Blind Eyed Gods. Check out the line-up and get excited Southsiders!
So if you are hankering for a live music spankering, and are sick of having to head to Civic or Belco, come join us at PJ’s Tuggeranong and rock out with your…well…better leave it there.
There is only 1 week left till the 2009 Australian Metal Awards show. The winners of each of the 20 categories will be announced and will feature performances by:
