Oh, boy...you name it. Start with your blues innovators down south. John Lee Hooker, etc. You know all the names. Add in those British invasion folks who heard the blues and then sent it back to us with a different attitude. Throw in a bunch of southern fried boogie, hardcore country, 60's grooviness, and rebel twang. Play it in a stadium with Les Pauls played thru Marshalls, and Strats played thru Fender Deluxes and a 500 piece drum set. Mix in a pinch of roots rock and a shake of island off-beats. Add smoke bombs, lasers, a toaster, and Johnny Cash. Bake well. 10 minutes before it's done, smear some power pop on top and finish cooking.

Hey there! Yeah, sorry about that sudden loss of consciousness. Too much Amana spirit can do that to you. I was better later, believe it or not (at least I think I was). We all had a fabulous time, as usual. It was great seeing you all again. My mother was very proud when you all let me sing with you. Hope you had fun, and I'll try to post some Oktoberfest pictures soon!
