hard candy formed in 1992 by erika bach and demetri vlass, founding members of 5 piece goth/rock band 'ape the cry' which died an 80s death. In the 90's, hard candy was stripped down to a 3 piece and took the road more melodic.
Hard Candy is pretty much defunkt now. Erika and Demetri now live in Greece. Occasionally they get together with local Ithacan drummer, Dimos and bass player Stavros to play a gig here and there.
