The 95bfm Hard Fast and Heavy show is a once a week (Monday), 2 hour (11pm to 1am NZ time), heavy metal radio show broadcast out of Auckland, New Zealand on alternative radio station- 95bfm. On radio in Auckland- check out frequency- 95.0 fm. Online- stream live via www.95bfm.com

Hosted by Dale J. Hated (~D.J hated), our aim is to showcase what the world of heavy metal music has to offer, both internationally and locally- we manage this by playing songs from all (or as many) (sub)genres of metal.

We welcome the opportunity to interview international and local bands, and over the past couple of years have stacked up an impressive list of interviewees. We also welcome the chance to promote local gigs and will have posters displayed on our myspace and details in our gig guide frequently.

We here at the HFHshow use gig information in a few ways:
1- We read it out on air each week, usually around 11.30pm each Monday night. And, on any given show, if an event is happening before the next monday night show, we usually refer to it during other voice breaks
2- Post up on www.mukuna.co.nz (which gives us the refreshable myspace gig listings for you all to read).
