DJ Cabezon has been a DJ since 1994, born in Queens, NY and raised in VA. Growing up he was compelled to many different genres of music, such as Underground Hip Hop, Hip Hop, Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Dance..and specializing in much more. He does all his own recording, mixing, cd duplication, dc cover design, flyer design and promotion. He also has 3 companies...GRINDIN ENTERTAINMENT and HARDHEADED DESIGNS and HARDHEADED CLOTHING. DJ Cabezon has DJed all over DC, Maryland and Virginia ..too many night clubs to name!
He has worked with artists such as Trebol Clan, Voltio, Chyno Nyno, Big Mato, Don Dinero, Temperamento, Don Chezina, Speedy, N.O.R.E, Jowell Y Randy, Sofla, Thirstin Howl the 3rd, Will Tell from Brooklyn Academy, Sadat X, Krs1, Target Squad, Rizzy king of Harmony, Nino, Crooklyn, and many more!
Dj Cabezon also has a bachelors degree from George Mason Universtity in Arts and his graphic company " Hardheaded designs" had made for various artists in the music industry and freelance work for LOUD Records. He recently desiged a cd cover for Brand Nubian member, SADAT X's new album cover. He has also designed a jewelry pendant for Shawty Lo. And has also designed a Dj slipmat that you can find at Guitar Centers nationwide. He has djed many events such as " MTV's SWEET 16" show on mTV...with Dem Franchise Boys, Don Dinero and Nivi. He has also djed a private party for Lil Bow Wow, and djed at Fur nightclub for Rick Ross, T.I,Lil Wayne, Baby, Ja Rule, and Ginuwine. Dj Cabezon has released over 100 mixcds of hip hop, reggae, reggaeton, salsa, merengue, bachata and underground hip hop. Releasing 5-6 mixcds every month.
