Hardly Seen, began in the summer of 06',
when Scott and Rob were talking about how dissappointed with the current direction that today's music was going in. Tired of the same boring melodies, and the typical ultra distorted sound buzzing around, Scott and Rob decided it was time to do something about it. After hours of contemplation, they decided that their edge would have to be something "Hardly Seen", they decided to stretch their range of musical familiarity. The way that they decided they would do this was by alternating from guitar to bass, and vice versa.
Next, enter Gerard, the whiley and often chaotic drummer of Hardly Seen. Gerard was introduced to Scott and Rob through Meaghan, the sister of their long time friend Joe Brunner. Sharing the same ideals on the music scene, and love for, well that will remain unmentioned, Gerard fit their quota perfectly.
Focusing on dynamics, explorative lyrics and a fine tuned sense of melody, Hardly Seen hopes to bring back a little bit of the old school term "fun", to the scene. Stay tuned, and hopefully we will we see you at one of our shows soon.
Also, to answer all those frequently asked questions...
Scott and Rob are both 20.
Gerard is 16.

There is a band called The Donner Party Picnic under "cool new people" when I first joined MySpace. They were my only friend and I looked around on their friend page to find new bands. I found yours.
