Mika Performs "Summer Love" at Teriyah Music Festival-Summer 08
Mika has been singing since the ripe age of 5 and was born & raised in Harlem, NYC. Her love for music began as most youth, listening to her parents play all those old school tunes like Earth Wind & Fire, Chaka, Stevie Wonder, Teena Marie, Gladys Knight & the list goes on.... Performing in school plays & attending music & dance workshops allowed her to come into her own & become the amazing singer she is today. She has recorded with local artists as well as artists from around the world. Mika is a Singer/Songwriter/Dancer/Actress & loves the arts as a whole. She is looking forward to working with artists from all genre's of music. She's currently performing at live venues around the US & working on her her solo project due for release Summer 2009.
