........ The band was founded in the end of 2001 and known with a concept of melodic dark death metal. Harlot Nymph was originally known as Hazazel Maut (2001-2003) and first joined by dare to die member nown as Mayoui (Vox), Jamal (Guitarist), Syax (Guitarist), Nyl (Bassist) and Joe (Drummer). Unfortunately for the band, two of the members, Mayoui have to give up hope to this band due to personal issues. After a dull and dark two months without these members, the group once again awake from sleep when known with a new name more metal-like one, HARLOTNYMPH (2003-now). Recruiting Paul as the bass player and Joe taking a task as a screamer of us. Altogether with this transformation, each member have to change their instrument position where Joe (Vox) Syax (1st Guitar), Nyl (2nd Guitar), Jamal (Drummer) and Paul as a bass player. Supports from all of you out there is what the group really appreciate. Detrimentum sign to Deepsend Records and announce new album release
Extreme metallers Detrimentum and Massachusetts-based Deepsend Records are proud to announce the forthcoming album INHUMAN disgRACE. The recently inked deal means that the UK metallers have found a solid base at Deepsend, and are already making plans for their recently completed sophomore album.
Guitarist Paul Wilkinson explains how the deal came about “We sent a copy of the finished album to Deepsend and they seemed blown away by it, describing it as "the kind of quintessential death metal album that Deepsend love". We're ecstatic that Detrimentum has found a home with Deepsend Records and we're looking forward to the release of INHUMAN disgRACE.”
He continues: ”When the album is launched, we will be getting on the road with as many shows as we can humanly play.”
The album, which was recorded with legendary producer Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir) at Parlour Studio in Kettering, is a crushing blend of dark, technical and epic extreme metal with sweeping melodies and tortured doom passages.
The album will be available in the stores on the February 2012 but will be available from the label and band on October 31st 2011.
