Hello and thank you for requesting to add. Welcome new friend!! I also notice that your page was recently created, so welcome to myspace as well. Your music does have a mesmerizing quality to it that links up with the project name “Hypnotic Melodies”. “I do my own stunts” has an interesting mix of sound bites that makes me want to slow the track down to try and figure out where all the sounds come from. Once the beat kicks in, the track pocks up great momentum and then takes off in different, unpredictable directions, nearly out of control, nearly on the verge of disintegration. I like that sense of breaking down into a scatter of parts. In this respect, the title is very suitable. “The Neutral Silence “ Is my favorite track, I just tend to lean toward calmer, more spaced-out sounds. Speaking of sounds, I can hear samples of a number of other pieces of music and familiar voices. However, you’ve really woven them together in a tasteful style. I really like the pops and clicks heard when listening to an LP, for some reason there is a feeling of comfort, almost consolation in that all-too-familiar sound from the not-so distant past. “a week is too long “ The female voice at the beginning of this track reminds me of the singer from Scala, a band form the U.K. that was active in the late 90s, I don’t actually know if they are still around. I think the tempo of this track goes with the feeling of waiting as the title may suggest. Time just moves at its own pace, unforgiving, unaware of human existence. (continued below)
(continued from above) “ The Truth Speaks“ Has a really nice fluttering electronic feel to it and with the easy going groovy beat underneath that and the fragile melody, I think you’ve achieved a very peaceful atmosphere. It is an almost heavenly sound or place to visit. A warm and dreamy hallucination, perhaps. What else is interesting is that there is a feeling of watching a 1920s, silent film. I can’t explain that, but it’s just a feeling I get. “Rear View Complex “ has a really nice tremolo which creates a sort of poly rhythm with the drum beat. It’s as if two totally different songs are playing simultaneously but syncing up perfectly. This is very much a dreamscape to me, as though stepping outside of reality with a complete understanding that you are doing that. “every sin leaves a mark “ is like a soundtrack to the city streets in almost any city around the world, although it reminds me of being in the teaming public crowds on the streets of Osaka, Japan. That is probably one of the most crowded cities I’ve ever been in in my life. Even though it is smaller than Tokyo (which has over 13 million people), I swear it is far more compacted and impossible to breath in for the crowds.
