Depends which harp - Pedal, Triple or Celtic.
Depends which gig - Solo Concert, Background Music, Orchestral or Folk
Failing that, listen to the recording above!
Angharad began harp lessons at the age of eight through sheer nosiness and the prospect of free squash and biscuits. She later continued her musical training in Cardiff University where she studied with Ann Griffiths. There she gained her BMus and MA in Performance Studies. In 2005 she completed a year of study in Paris with Isabelle Perrin.
In 1990, at the age of 12, she won first prize in the National Eisteddfod playing the triple harp. It's believed that this was the first time in over 70 years that this difficult ancient instrument had been heard on the Eisteddfod stage and Angharad created a sensation. She has since won two further first prizes at the Eisteddfod, among many others in various other competitions.
She has played extensively in solo recitals, worked with many orchestras and is very experienced in session work. Places she has played at throughout Europe include the Purcell Room in London, the Hollywell Rooms in Oxford, the Millennium Stadium and Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff, Rovaniemi in Finland, Ecole Normale Alfred Cortot in Paris, San Lorenzo El Escorial in Spain. She also represented Wales in the Lorient Interceltique Folk Festival of 2004 held in Brittany and performed in several concerts whilst there.
*******************************************************************
Her many achievements include working with musicians such as Katherine Jenkins, Sir Charles Mackerras and Mark Elder; performing on television on numerous occasions; participating in the Arctic Circle Folk Festival, the International Harp Festival in Caernarfon 2006 and twice performing for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
A versatile musician, Angharad regularly performs on the triple, celtic, pedal and single-action pedal harps and is passionately committed to embracing all genres. Angharad has many years teaching experience, including giving workshops all over the country.
In July 2004 Angharad released her first CD entitiled "Carillon for Triple Harp", which consists of Welsh traditional melodies played on the triple harp.

2 of 230, walkaboutsverse.741.com: WALKABOUT WITH MY PEN
Once drove an old sedan, up north, From a place in Sydney to Cairns; Then to Kuranda I went forth, By train, to look without set plans.
I browsed through the trendy market, With fresh fruits of tropical kind; Walked to the creek through lush thicket - Nature’s hand giving peace of mind.
I dined in a scenic cafe; Then, outside, as I wrote for yen, Some passing Kooris called-out: “Hey, You go walkabout with your pen.”
Request or question, I don’t know - Assured voices, elderly men. That’s now several years ago, And I’ve seen the world - with my pen.

I popped down to Pilgrim Harps, yesterday, and bought your CD (I only intended to buy a string, but could not resist the temptation!).
This morning, I have listened to your CD, whilst repairing my concertina. Your lovely CD is now finished, but my concertina is still in pieces on the dining room table. I think that I might just play your CD again, while I finish the job. I do love the sound of the triple harp.
Gracias por añadirme. Thank you for adding me. Wherever there is something in the universe, there is love. Wherever there is music, there is life. All the best from Madrid -Spain.

Beautiful music here! Despite having lived in Wales for 10 years, I'm only just starting to explore Welsh music, and yours is an absolute treasure!
Thanks for adding me, Angharad. Great music, and I admire you for playing all three harps. I dabble, a bit, on clarsach, but have not yet seen a triple harp.
I see that you are in London, tomorrow, and will try to catch up with you on a future visit.
