I love to cook and enjoy fine foods, Gardening is another passion-fresh is always best!
Music
What I listen to and what I play aren't necessarily the same. As far as listening, it's mood-driven, but I'm into lots of progressive metal such as Dream Theater, Fates Warning, Symphony X, Redemption, Kamelot, etc., and older progressive bands such as Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Yes, Rush, old Genesis, King Crimson and so on. I love blues of all varieties-both to play and listen to. Heck, I'm a harmonica player. Lots of harmonica players across several genres have piqued my interest. Some of my faves and influences are Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson II, Junior Wells, Kim Wilson, John Popper, Jason Ricci, Howard Levy, Lee Oskar, Stevie Wonder and many more I can't think of right now. A lot of guitarists have also influenced my harp playing as well: Steve Vai, Hendrix, SRV, Chris Duarte, John Petrucci. I'm also a huge fan of Spanish guitar and flamenco music. I like the textures we create in am540, mixing rock, Latin/Spanish feels, New Orleans funk and psychadelic jams.

Not a big fan of this device, but I like Dirty Jobs, MythBusters, Iron Chef and just about any cooking or gardening program.

Way back when I actually had time to read, I enjoyed Clive Cussler, Michael Chricton, and Wilbur Smith-River God by him is my favorite.
