About me: I hope I live in a United States someday where we pull our heads out of our asses and realize that education, not religion or religous education, is the only way to make a difference in the direction in which our country is headed. There are REALITIES in our society that need to be faced. We cannot turn a blind eye and bury them [realities] in Christianity. You can attempt to avoid evil, but you cannot avoid the consequences of the evil you were trying to avoid. People are so concerned about whether abortion should be legal and that abstinence only education is the key...yet...we have the highest rates EVER of STDs in the this country amongst teenages (including HIV in young people). Don't avoid the evil my friends. Confront it. Head on.

??? as much as i wish i had an answer to that, i don't. maybe this summer tho, i'm hoping this summer. i'm going to do the same when i see my mother on thursday...soak her up as much as possible! That's great! The first few weeks are always pretty rough. I've been good. I start school tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes. I'm registered for 22 units! AH! I hope I'm not too overloaded! How's basketball?
