About me:
Welcome to Harrisburg-Area-Roller-Derby.
We are a group of HARD working women dedicated to bringing this exciting sport to the greater Harrisburg area. Our home is the Olympic Skating Center in Enola, PA. Practices are held every Monday and Thursday nights.
Currently there are over 400+ women's roller derby leagues internationally. HARD is proud to be part of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) and is ranked within the upper 35 leagues worldwide.
We have two travel teams consisting of the Nuclear Knockouts who concentrate on WFTDA sanctioned bouts and the Fallout Femmes holding down the eastern home front and keeping’ the locals honest. If you haven't been to a bout yet you're missing one of life’s great sporting experiences. THERE'S THE WHISTLE.....AND THEY'RE ROLLIN'!!!
A HUGE THANK YOU to all the fans who come to our bouts in support of their Fallout Femmes and Nuclear Knockouts. We love all the signs and the noise. The more the better! If you haven't seen us you're missin' it, be sure and get to our next bout.

Saturday July 18th at 9PM is when we offically open the door for you to mess up that floor at the Abbey Lounge (upstairs at the Appalachian Brewing Co.) in Harrisburg! We'll be droppin' muchos machos 7" & 12" (burrito size!) tortillas all night for you to do the Mexican Hat Dance to. OLE!
