From Arizona, now living (it up) in Brooklyn, here we offer to your ears the newest musical creations of Jason Brandt. With the do-it-yourself style that drove him to zig-zag the continent singing to America's underground music fans for more than three years, Jase has attacked the (art of) independent recording. The result is equally gritty and refreshingly genuine. Made with two mics and a couple tracks, these raw new things are born. HARRIS TRUCKS is the new music, and from the original work featuring Brandt on all instruments, the songs "Well It's A Damn Shame," "Dead Dumb And Gone" and "Baby Mama's Husband" are some of the first to include various contributions from the live line-ups. While it has great widespread appeal, the core of this material is unique and alternative. Its life springs from an anthemic heart and active mind bursting with expression. Combine this inspiration with a ton of electric indie punk spirit and you get HARRIS TRUCKS: a theme of music whose trajectory as it grows is full of originality, intelligence, and, to quite some extent, irresistibility.
