What I did to get that picture was I took a pretty decent picture of my eye. Played around with it on Picasa. (A free program from Google) and I got my eye to have colour and the rest of the picture to be black and white. Then, I went to http://www.dumpr.net/ and uploaded with "Make a photo look old" and it came out like that. :)
