I was born and spent most of my life in the capital city of Indonesia. I moved to the United States, where I lived and worked in San Francisco, California in retail and the restaurant business. I have a combined total of over 10 years experience in these two fields. Then I moved to New Jersey and reunited with my lovely family for about a year and a half before I continued my journey to New York.
My knowledge of retail and the food business has come from many years of experience. My knowledge of traditional and contemporary cooking methodologies and technologies has enabled me to service an extensive array of clients.
