Born at the turn of the millenium HFS began playing local shows before all members were 21. They recorded their first 6 song demo out of their practice pad. The next recording was done at Stabin Cabin Productions in Prunedale. This self titled recording had much better sound quality than it previous recording. In the winter of 2004 they began work on their next CD called Padded Room which was released early 2005 just before Sean (drummer) moved to Hawaii. Shortly after Brandon joined the band they scheduled time with Aaron from Retribution to bring his mobile recording studio and recorded their 3 song demo called Moving On. In 2007 they released their first full length album titled "Just Begun" on the indie label Knife Records out of Salinas,CA. The album was recorded at Graystone Studios in Monterey by Richard Bryan (Formerly of the Doobie Brothers and Chaka Khan) and mastered by Aaron Rauber from Silentone Productions.
